Where to download avast latest installer? | |
| i. | Log on to avast’s official website :- https://www.avast.com/installation-files and select your preferred product installer. |
1 | What is an avast! license file? |
| i. | It is an offline activation file which will be automatically sent to your email address during your first product activation. |
2 | How to use an avast! License file? |
| i. | Install the trial version of avast! program. |
| ii. | Open your email and search “avast”. |
| iii. | Search of the attachment “.avastlic” and double click to activate the license file. |
3 | How to retrieve my license file if I lost it. |
| i. | Send a photo of your activation code to [email protected]. |
| ii. | Our representatives will evaluate and resend the license file to your email address within 2 to 3 working days. |
4 | I just purchased the product but I can’t activate the activation code? |
| i. | Install the trial version of avast! program to stay protected. |
| ii. | Send a photo of your activation code to [email protected]. |
| iii. | Our representatives will evaluate and resend the license file to your email address within 2 to 3 working days. |
5 | I just reformatted my computer but I can’t reactivate using my activation code? |
| i. | Open your email and search “avast” |
| ii. | Search of the attachment “.avastlic” and double click to activate the license file. |
6 | I am facing other issues unrelated to the activation code, how do I get help? |
